As one of the prime mover of smart condominium concepts by in Kuching, Lumos Residence by Benta Mewah Sdn Bhd kickstarted our journey of embarking on smart home projects on a much bigger scale which exactly aligns with our vision to promote smart home concept across the Kuching cities.
Sapphire on the Park
Located at Batu Lintang, Kuching. Sapphire on the Park by Naim Holding Berhad collaborated with us to transform their regular show units into a futuristic home experience show to improve their sales closing ratio. They took their innovative ideas of integrating smart voice commands with Aqara Smart Home System to us and we made them a reality which provided us the stepping stones towards being a better smart home specialist.
